Steven reviews your brief personally and replies — usually within 1–2 working days — with the recommended build, a firm price, and a rough timeline. Nothing is charged until you're happy with the plan.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit confirms your slot and starts the build. The remaining 50% is due on delivery, before the final handover. Invoices are sent directly — no payment is taken through this site.
How long does a build take?
Most builds are delivered within 1–2 weeks of the deposit clearing. Landing pages are faster (3–5 days); larger web apps run 2–4 weeks. You'll get a confirmed timeline before starting.
How much input do I need to give?
Enough to explain what you're building and who it's for. Steven handles the structure, copy direction, layout and technical setup. You'll review progress at clear checkpoints and can request revisions before handover.
Do I own the site when it's finished?
Yes. The finished build is yours — code, content and hosting setup. You get full access and ownership on delivery.
What if I need changes after launch?
Minor tweaks in the first two weeks after handover are included. Beyond that, ongoing updates and new features can be handled on request at a small hourly or fixed rate.
What is not included?
Third-party costs (domain, premium fonts, paid integrations) and long-term hosting fees are not included in the build price. These are always disclosed upfront before you commit.
